A BILL to repeal §3-4-1, §3-4-2, §3-4-3, §3-4-4, §3-4-5, §3-4-6, §3-4-7, §3-4-8, §3-4-9, §3-4-10, §3-4-11, §3-4-12, §3-4-12a, §3-4-13, §3-4-14, §3-4-15, §3-4-16, §3-4-17, §3-4-18, §3-4-19, §3-4-20, §3-4-21, §3-4-22, §3-4-23, §3-4-24, §3-4-25, §3-4-26, §3-4-27, §3-4-28, §3-4-29, §3-4-30, §3-4-31 and §3-4-32 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to outdated and obsolete sections concerning voting machines no longer approved for use in elections.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

§1. Repeal of article creating use of certain voting machines in West Virginia.

    §3-4-1, §3-4-2, §3-4-3, §3-4-4, §3-4-5, §3-4-6, §3-4-7, §3-4-8, §3-4-9, §3-4-10, §3-4-11, §3-4-12, §3-4-12a, §3-4-13, §3-4-14, §3-4-15, §3-4-16, §3-4-17, §3-4-18, §3-4-19, §3-4-20, §3-4-21, §3-4-22, §3-4-23, §3-4-24, §3-4-25, §3-4-26, §3-4-27, §3-4-28, §3-4-29, §3-4-30, §3-4-31 and §3-4-32 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, are hereby repealed.


    NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal an outdated article of election code relating to voting systems no longer approved for use.
